My Best Pal!

My friend Warren Trask is one of those people you meet and you either like or dislike immediately. Fortunately for me, I was smart enough to like him as he has turned out to be the best friend a man could possibly want. I would trust him with my children, wife life or anything else near and dear to me. At 6' 5" and nearly 300 lb., he's a big friend too, but with a heart bigger than his frame. He has trained my children in the Heavy Events and has made me a proud man by association. In the picture he is with his wife, Sheila. By the way, he's an excellent athlete, being the 1998 Canadian Caber Champion and a highly rated International Scottish Heavy Events Athlete.
